Integration Connections
This page is used to set up Extensions Web Services that are used to integrate with Upland Qvidian. You must first set up your integration connection before you can add any custom actions on the Integration Settings page.

Sort columns
- To sort columns chronologically or alphabetically, click the column header name. The records will display in ascending order.
- To switch from ascending to descending order, click the selected column header name again.
Select grid rows
- Select your desired grid row(s) using the checkboxes or by clicking the rows and using CTRL+CLICK or SHIFT+CLICK to select multiple records.
Default v Compact column mode
You can switch between the default and compact column modes. Unless updated, the grid will remain in default mode. Compact mode shortens the height of the grid rows.
- To switch between the modes, go to My Preferences within the header Profile menu and select the Default and/or Compact radio buttons.
Add a new integration connection
- Click Create Integration Connection.
- Enter the appropriate information in the following fields:
- Connection name
- Integration Type
- URL
- Proxy Server Name
- Proxy Server Port number
- Proxy Server Domain
- Proxy Server User Name
- Proxy Server Password
- Web Service Domain
- Web Service User Name
- Web Service User Password
- OAuth Client Access Token URL
- OAuth Client ID
- OAuth Client Secret
Example: http:prox1acme.com
Example: 8081
- Click Create.
Edit integration connection properties
- Use one of the following methods to edit an integration connection:
- Hover over the integration connection you would like to edit and click the Edit
icon. The "Integration Connection Properties" dialog displays.
- Select the checkbox of the desired integration connection and click the Edit
icon at the top of the grid. The "Integration Connection Properties" dialog displays.
- Double-click the row of the desired integration connection. The "Integration Connection Properties" dialog displays.
- Hover over the integration connection you would like to edit and click the Edit
- Edit the connection information as desired. See Add a new integration connection for more information.
- Click Save.
Duplicate an integration connection
- Hover over the integration connection you would like to edit and click the Duplicate
icon or select the row using the checkbox and click the Duplicate
icon. The "Create Integration Connection" dialog displays.
- Edit the connection information as desired. See Add a new integration connection for more information.
- Click Save.
Delete an integration connection
- To delete a single integration connection: Hover over the desired row and click the Delete
icon. You are prompted to confirm the deletion.
- To delete multiple integration connections: Select the checkboxes of the rows would like to delete and click the Delete
icon. You are prompted to confirm the deletion.
Note: To delete multiple integration connections at once, select the desired rows using the checkboxes and click the Delete icon. You are prompted to confirm the deletion.
